Orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days. Returns accepted within 14 days of recieving your item/s. I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages, incorrect/incomplete addresses, refusal of package pickup after shipment. If your package is sent back to me due to an incomplete address, I will resend it as long as the shipping fee is covered.
Shipping update: Shipping rates have been updated to reflect the latest Royal Mail rates. Prices are now based on order size and destination. All orders ship untracked by default, but you can add the 'Tracked Shipping Upgrade' listing if you would like tracking added to your order!!
Shipping to US: US orders are now open again!! Due to new import rules and tariffs (handled by Royal Mail's PDDP system), shipping costs to the US have slightly increased. This means there'll be no surprise fees on delivery, and prices have been adjusted to minimise impact on customers as much as possible <3
GPSR update: the General Product Safety Regulation is a new law that will be in place from 23/12/24, protecting EU and NI customers from dangerous products. I will continue to ship to the EU and NI after 13/12/24 and will make sure all my products are compliant with the GPSR (such adding relevant safety labels). Manufacturer information will also be available on request if you encounter any issues!!
