Orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days. Returns accepted within 14 days of recieving your item/s. I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages, incorrect/incomplete addresses, refusal of package pickup after shipment. If your package is sent back to me due to an incomplete address, I will ship it back out as long as the shipping fee is covered.
GPSR update: the General Product Safety Regulation is a new law that will be in place from 23/12/24, protecting EU and NI customers from dangerous products. I will continue to ship to the EU and NI after 13/12/24 and will make sure all my products are compliant with the GPSR (such adding relevant safety labels). Manufacturer information will also be available on request if you encounter any issues!!
